Winter Daze

As promised, the picture of our little snow bunny before her maiden voyage on skis!  You gotta look the part first, right?
Cam ready for the slopes

It's been kinda cold, kinda dark and only a little-bit snowy around here the last month or two, so when the snow does fall, we HAVE to take advantage of it.  There wasn't enough snow from our last "storm" to sled in the yard, but our neighbor's driveway was slippery enough...

Logan and Kennedy showed us the ropes of sledding down their driveway and how to pack a sled full of kids.  Often there were 3 or 4 of us on one sled - which was a good thing since Kennedy was the best at steering and braking.  Logan was the best at carrying the sleds back up the driveway - what a gentleman!  No wonder we had such a good time.

Packing it in after a great afternoon sledding!
We made a Baby Snowman, but didn't have a carrot - snap peas to the rescue!

The last week has been somewhat of a break from the Winter Doldrums: we have been planning my 100 Days of School Party in Kindergarten.  The theme is 100-day Heroes so Mom & I decorated my cape, made a pipe cleaner headband and matching glasses for my "mask."  I have been so stoked for this party and to top it off, we have our class Valentine's Day party the next day and Campbell has her party on Friday!  It's been a week of celebrations and I just LOVE parties!

I am 100 Days Smarter!
