Ki-Ya!

As promised, here are some pics from Campbell's karate class.  We are so proud that she has decided to do this on her own.  She is not "Shea's Little Sister" here.

Campbell has been having so much fun at karate, that I have decided to jump on the bandwagon; although I have started judo w/ a friend of mine from Kindergarten.  So Mom & Dad have entered into the realm of multiple person's calendar management.  So far, it has been fairly smooth but we need to take a moment each morning and assess what day it is and what is actually on the calendar.  Ultimately, we think Cam would love to join judo w/ Mr Stuart and company.  It is (literally) high-flying fun.  Cam did a little sample last week and she was great so soon enough, my and Cam's calendar will be matched up again - nice.  Now we'll need to get our photographer to document my martial arts adventures...

Cam and I have also found some little friends in the yard over the last few weeks.  We had a caterpillar sanctuary in a bug jar that was at capacity.  Did you ever know how much caterpillars can eat?  They also poop a lot.  Dad took care of toilet duty while Cam and I dutifully checked on the caterpillars for over a week.  They finally settled into cocoons and this morning we found 3 butterflies   crawling around the bottom of the jar.  We were a little disappointed that they were not the most colorful butterflies we have seen, but we were proud to have taken care of them and set them free.

Saving another caterpillar from the dangers of the wild

Signing off for tonight, but not before I share one of my favorite pictures from last month:
